What is Yoga ?

The exercises and techniques based on this philosophy aim at reaching and maintaining a better body-mind-soul harmony. In that way,Yoga practice is concerned with all main aspects of life: the physical aspect throug stretching.Muscle strengthening and gentle massage of the inner organs.The mental aspect through pointed concrentation on the breath and body and the spiritual aspect through self exploration and awareness development .

What Is Holistic Yoga ?

Holistic Yoga uses asanas(poses) derived from Ananda Marga Yoga and incorporates methods to increase the self healing processes alive in every one of us. Holistic Yoga can therefore be considered a combination of asanas,relaxation and healing.Asanas are stationary proses in which mind and body are relaxed and composed. They are accompanied by gentle movements,deeo breathing and pointed concrentation.They give similar benefits as vigorous exercise by stimulating the circulation and increasing the supply of oxygen to the cells.Aditionaly,asanas gently invigorate vital organs and increase physical and mental flexibility,focus and balance.Holistic yoga gives a peaceful,happy feeling,full of love and new positive energy in mind and body.

Healing Massage

Mindful application of traditional Javanese massage with herbal oils from the tropical forests of Indonesia for a healing, deep relaxation of body and mind.
Sessions are usually two hours.

About me

I began learning yoga 14 years ago while searching for inner peace and happiness. I am from the island of Borneo in Indonesia. Yoga is now an important part of my daily life and it makes me happy to share this technique with others so they too can attain this hapiiness and wellbeing. I am a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga instructor with 10 years of work experience teaching various styles (Yin Yoga,Yoga Tantra,lyengar,Vinyasa,Restoration,Prenatal Yoga and Yoga for kids). I received my formal training from "Ananda Marga Yoga Tantra" founded by Shrii Shrii Anandamurti in India. I am currently focusing on what i call "Holistic Yoga".
